Home - Criminal Cases

The articles contained in this page contain the details of cases which fit into my classification of notable cases. These are cases which were the last of a kind (see Podola), notable at the time, important due to their impact on other future cases, or are considered as examples of potential miscarriages of justice.

Individual cases are organised into the 20th Century decade (1950s, 1960s etc) in which the case occurred.

I have produced a separate section which details the cases of people convicted for murder in the UK, sentenced to death, executed and then found to be innocent of the original charge.
